Waited 10 minutes for employee to show up and check me in – and there was no hot water. Finally, we had to wash our own dishes or be charged over.
Would not recommend - poor service and facilities.

It is a nice hotel overall, looks brand new, super clean and spacious, friendly staff. We have an infant and we were able to get a packNplay from housekeeping shortly after check in.

Maid service poor.
I brought to the managers attention on multiple occasions that the maid was not replacing cups but simply rinsing them. I placed a mark on the bottom of a coffee cup to verify this was happening. The manager did very little but apologize and offer a free cocktail. Also, the hotel took over a month to fix an elevator and the only two ice makers in the hotel.
